EULiST Governance

The governance framework of the EULiST Alliance ensures transparent, inclusive, and efficient coordination across all partner institutions. Our model balances strategic oversight, academic integrity, and operational delivery with a strong emphasis on student involvement.

The EULiST governance model is organized into three integrated tiers:

Strategic Tier

• Alliance Governing Board (GB): Provides overall strategic leadership and makes high-level decisions for the Alliance.
• Alliance Student Board: Ensures student perspectives are at the heart of our development.
• Alliance Advisory Council: Offers external perspectives and stakeholder input to support the Governing Board’s mission.

Executive & Management Tier

• Secretary General: Acts as the key link between strategic decisions and operational execution.
• Alliance Management Board: Ensures operational cohesion and provides tactical leadership to implement the EULiST strategy across all work packages.

Operational Coordination

• Alliance Coordination Office (Virtual): Executes daily operations and ensures internal coordination. It consists of specialized units: 

• Local Coordinators Unit
• Financial Manager
• Communication Manager / PR Unit
• Mobility Managers Unit
• EU Funded Project Manager
