Towards Deeper Integration: EULiST General Assembly 2026 in Lappeenranta

The countdown to our most important milestone of the year has begun. This May, the EULiST Alliance heads to Lappeenranta, Finland, as LUT University hosts our 2026 General Assembly.

From Collaboration to Deep Integration

The 2026 General Assembly signifies EULiST’s transition into a phase of deeper integration and stronger operational maturity. As the alliance evolves, the sessions will focus on moving beyond cooperation toward a more unified European University entity.

The program is designed to turn strategy into action, featuring high-level discussions on:

  • Trust and Organizational Culture: Strengthening the social and professional bonds that define our alliance.
  • Impact Pathways: Showcasing concrete results from joint activities in education, research, and innovation.
  • Strategic Alignment: Focusing on the EU project’s mid-term review, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and new strategic initiatives.

A Unified Effort

Over the course of three days, participants representing diverse EULiST governing bodies and units will meet in parallel working groups to drive the alliance’s mission forward. Beyond the formal sessions, the assembly offers opportunities for networking and an introduction to Finnish culture, further fostering the social cohesion that is central to the EULiST identity.

EULiST remains committed to connecting society and technology, driving the green and digital transitions, and building trust in science across Europe.

Let’s move forward together!
