Your BIP Made Simple: How to Design, Fund and Run It

Have an idea for an international course, but not sure how to turn it into a real programme?

A Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) is a short Erasmus+ programme that combines a few days of physical mobility with online learning, run jointly by universities from at least three countries. It is one of the most practical ways to build an international course with partner institutions.

Our webinar “Your BIP Made Simple: How to Design, Fund and Run It” takes you from first idea to concrete plan:

  • How a BIP works and the key steps to organise one
  • How Erasmus+ funding works
  • The timeline to plan for
  • How to find partners within EULiST
  • Whom to contact at your university

Two professors who have already coordinated EULiST BIPs will then share practical examples, followed by an open Q&A.

The session is open to teaching staff, international relations and mobility officers, and all colleagues involved in Erasmus+ and programme development across EULiST partner universities.
