RM SLO PLUS Hub project invites you to this 2-day webinar addressing a wide range of stakeholders delivered by leading European institutions (NTUA, MUL, MEERI, LUT, UNiBL, ANEFA, PASECO, ISMC, UPM) and SLO experts. The webinars are supported by EIT RawMaterials.

Two rounds will be held:

1st round: 5–6 May
2nd round: 26–27 May

Please note: the same webinar will be delivered on both rounds. Choose the round that suits you best.

Day 1 – Foundations 
• Introduction to SLO and the raw materials lifecycle
• European governance challenges and barriers
• Regulatory and ESG context
• Real European good practices and lessons learned
• Stakeholder mapping and conflict dynamics

Day 2 – Application & Practice (professional level)
• SLO decision-making frameworks and case studies
• Breakout sessions by stakeholder type (industry, policy, community)
• Cross-stakeholder interaction and real-world challenges
• Practical SLO toolkit: stakeholder mapping, communication strategies and action planning
